HDPAC passionately believes in protecting the privacy of our members as well as visitors to our website.
Names and mail addresses are occasionally shared as part of list exchanges with other Haitian organizations. HADiC has and will continue to honor all requests from individuals that their names and addresses not be exchanged or shared to any other entity. To request that your email address not be shared as part of these list exchanges, please email [email protected].
We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as offering customer service. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
We may also disclose your personal information:

- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request,

- to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
HDPAC takes the utmost care to protect the safety and security of your online transactions by using industry-standard encryption and security protocols. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our order forms, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). The credit card information provided is only entered through the site but is stored on our third-party payment gateway.
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. User Access and Choice
If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, amend or delete/remove, ask to have it removed from a public forum, directory or testimonial on our site or deactivate it by making the change on our member information page or by emailing us at [email protected] or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information for seven years to comply with our accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.
