HDPAC provides five internship positions that last 12 months. These internships are designed to provide College students of Haitian American descent with an opportunity to work with HDPAC and gain valuable experiences in politics, policy discussions, communications, government affairs, media and event planning. HDPAC conducts policy research on issues affecting Haiti and Haitian Americans. Each year the organization holds its yearly Haiti/US Policy forum in Washington DC, including its national summit in different cities around the U.S. Interns have opportunities to participate in all these activities and gain valuable experience.
