HDPAC is governed by a Board of Directors assisted by an executive committee composed of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Government Liaison, and a Public Relations Officer.  

In addition, HDPAC has a team of National Advisors who maintain the pulse of the community in the states where they reside.  This team is instrumental in advising the Board as to local candidates and initiatives that impact the Haitian community.

Finally, HDPAC is proud of its network of PAC Ambassadors who are the lifeblood of the PAC.  Ambassadors work at the microlevel to encourage friends, family members and the community in general to contribute to HDPAC. Without their efforts the PAC could never support, endorse the candidates,  initiatives and policies that the national advisors deem appropriate.
